Jacqui Letran is a Teen Confidence Expert, Nurse Practitioner, and Founder of Teen Confidence Academy.
Jacqui's passion for empowering teens is evident in her work- whether it's through writing, speaking, group work, or one-on-one sessions. She uses her own troubled teen years to connect with teens at a deep level and to help them to understand that regardless of what they are struggling with currently, they too, can take control of their lives.
Jacqui is gifted at breaking down complex ideas into simple terms so that teens can actually learn and apply the information she presents. Her simple, conversational writing style earned her the prestigious Literary Classics' 2016 Lumen Award for best young-adult non-fiction book of the year and the Readers' Favorite's 2016 Gold Medal Award for best young-adult, non-fiction book.
Jacqui currently lives in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband. When not working with teens, you can find her traveling in her RV, hiking with her dog or spoiling her three cats.
